Traffic Log Pro has taken the laborious process of counting your customers and the steps out of the traffic log.
The design of the salesperson screen is so user friendly that in 10 minutes you can train a new salesperson on the log.

You guys made the transition from paper log to electronic log seamless and very easy. The training took all of about an hour And BAM we were up and running.

Having the ability to have my logs e-mailed to me every night is a huge help when you manage multiple locations And find your self on the road half of the time.

Your system has allowed us to go to the next level of accountability for traffic. And following up With our customers has never been easier with the call logs that are integrated into the system."

"Your Tech support is right on time and always Gets us over the hump. Excellent job guys!!"

Have you heard of Generation Y?
Gen Y are those born between 1978 and 1994. That means that today they range in age from 28 to 12 years old. These kids are getting a lot of press, good and bad.

Chances are you have several of them working for you. Here are some of their characteristics:

* They like a work atmosphere of fun.
* They need personal recognition.
* They have their own language and expect you to speak it.
* Use e-mail as their primary communication tool.
* They talk in short sound bites.
* They insist on giving you feedback whether asked for or not.
* They want information and they want it now.

Generation Y has been raised in a society heavily influenced by popular media. Movies, television, music, electronic magazines and games are pervasive in their environments. Nearly 80 percent of U.S. teens have a computer at home and about half have access to the Internet. They grew up with cell phones, pagers, and laptops. They are completely comfortable with technology. And they prefer technology to older standard ways of doing business.

And it looks as if future generations will be similarly comfortable and need technology in the workplace. One researcher says that one of the surest ways to lose Gen Y employees is to expect them to perform with outdated technology.

What does that have to do with Traffic Log Pro? Simple. Traffic Log Pro is to the old pen and paper logging system what Xbox is to playing tic-tac-toe in the sand with a stick. For you gearheads out there, it’s a modern computer controlled engine management system vs. a rat’s nest of wires and a corroded set of points. In other words, it’s not only more efficient and rewarding it’s also more fun to work with. This is important to everyone, but especially important to the Generation Y sales staff (and management) at your stores.

Think about the impact modern electronic equipment has made on everyone’s life, especially to those who have grown up using them. Getting your kids to do their homework is almost always a chore, but sit them down in front of a PC to get info for that book report and in a few minutes you’re the student, and they’re showing you a better way. Need your iPod programmed or the ring tone on your cell phone changed? Find a kid!

Now put that Gen Y, computer savvy person on your sales floor. Picture this: You just hired this guy, walked him through your service department with all it’s high-tech diagnostic tools, took him past the parts counter with it’s bank of computer terminals, and then walked him into the sales office and showed him the traffic log clipboard with the pencil tied to it with a piece of string. Pretty impressive… Maybe you’ll hook him up with his own little dog-eared notebook to stick in his back pocket. He’ll never lose that! Wouldn’t he be more comfortable (and productive) by entering that same information on a computer, giving him the ability to be able to go back to it later, sort it as needed, and provide himself with the information he needs for tracking and follow up? Which method do you think would result in better productivity (and more profitability) for your store? Not only are electronic logging systems more efficient, but if your staff is more comfortable with it, they’ll use it more.

We have client dealers whose total log entries have climbed by 30% or more since their implementation of Traffic Log Pro. Did they experience a 30% increase in traffic? No, they just started logging more customers, because the electronic logging legitimizes the process not just to the customer, but perhaps even more importantly, to the sales staff. This will result in not just better retention of current staff, but it will also attract better applicants for employment in your sales department.

We’ve been able to document conclusively that there’s a direct linkage between more log entries and more sales. Combine that fact with the knowledge that electronic logging will also result in better and more qualified employees and applicants, and it’s easy to see that electronic logging systems aren’t just a nice thing to have, they’re rapidly becoming a requirement to succeeding in today’s ever more competitive business environment.
