Laidlaw’s Harley-Davidson has utilized many customer satisfaction programs to date, including V-Sept all which have left us in a lurch. Once we were introduced to Traffic Log Pro we felt as if our worries were gone. Traffic Log Pro far exceeds our expectations that we had for any such system. We are able to develop our letters with a simplified program, monitor our emails daily, we are able to link specific aspects to our emails along with being able to review daily/weekly/monthly reports and graphs on individual salesmen or as a whole. With TLP also comes exceptional employees whom go above and beyond to be sure you understand the system. They take the time to walk you through the ins and outs of the system with patience and ease in order to alleviate the stress of figuring out by trial and error. I would highly recommend this well structured, sales based, incomparable program to any company looking to improve on their customer satisfaction.

We Made the Switch!
As a Traffic Log Pro user from both the salesperson and the sales manager perspective, I am a big fan. I felt this way before we changed to V-Sept. For the past year, I have pushed to switch back to Traffic Log Pro.

There are two very important things I have learned in my 10 years of selling Honda's. First, there is nothing more important to a dealership than keeping track of the traffic flow in the showroom. Secondly, the chance of closing a deal is 50% better when a salesperson can sit the customer down. I have found there is no better system to quickly accomplish these tasks than by using Traffic Log Pro. The philosophy of Traffic Log Pro is the KISS plan (Keep It Simple, Stupid). Their program offers a user-friendly, self-explanatory set up, making it easy for any new salesperson to master. With its one minute initial customer log-in, efficient customer look-up, and comprehensive customer finalization page, Traffic Log Pro is easy for even the least computer savvy salesperson.

As anyone in the retail business can tell you, customers do not want to be kept waiting and time is vital in any transaction. Traffic Log Pro eliminates wasted time. Tad and all of the folks at Traffic Log Pro have allowed us to customize our four square / worksheet to fulfill the unique needs of our dealership. Because the system is so easy to use, our salespeople were able to participate in it’s creation, which has made the system more enjoyable to work with and had lead to correct usage in capturing and organizing that crucial traffic information.

The comparison between Traffic Log Pro and V-Sept is clear. V-Sept is like the over-eager salesperson who has a tendency to provide too much information about their product, which in turn can lose a deal. Traffic Log Pro is like the seasoned salesperson who provides the customer with all of the necessary information he or she needs without the confusing details. Too much information can be a bad thing.
